TRANSWESTERN ROLE

With over 40 years of leased investment sales experience, Steve Rowland specializes in the disposition of leased industrial, service center / flex and office investment property sales. Focusing on institutional, private capital, and the mid-markets space within the Central US Region, primarily with in the DFW Metroplex, Steve has completed over 225 sale transactions over his career.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Steve has transacted over $2.6 billion in property sales totaling over 26 million square feet of product. Since arriving back in Dallas in late 2012, Steve has sold over $735 million of commercial product, comprising near 10 million square feet of real estate.

EDUCATION

  • Steve received his Bachelor of Business Administration/Finance from The University of Texas at Austin where he remains an active member of Texas Exes
  • Active NAIOP member (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks) including the local Dallas chapter + an active ULI member
  • Volunteers to assist the Men of Nehemiah, a Christian Ministry, chartered to help drug and alcohol addicted men to sobriety
  • Volunteers with Brother Bill’s Helping Hand, West Dallas’ poorest zip code neighborhood’s food bank.
  • Volunteered on the Burnham Foundation to raise money for multiple charities throughout Southern California
  • Organized the Mission Bay Volleyball League where he played, acted as commissioner, and a team coach for over 15 years
  • Graduated from Memorial High School, Houston, Texas
