TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Amanda currently oversees property management for office properties in Northern California. Amanda’s responsibilities include business development strategic and day-to-day operational oversight, detailed property and financial reporting, tenant relations and administration, vendor and contract management, and supervision of all capital and tenant improvement construction projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Amanda has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, 15 of which have been with Transwestern. After over a decade managing office, medical office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets, Amanda now oversees Transwestern’s East Bay team which features all those same asset classes, plus life science. Amanda shares her experience not only through creating and presenting training for her team, but also through teaching BOMI Foundations Courses and participating in BOMA and IREM event and mentorship opportunities. Challenges become opportunities with Amanda’s outside-the-box thinking and determination to ensure her and her team provide extraordinary experiences tailored to each of her clients..

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Amanda is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has been recognized regionally with awards for Property Manager of the Year (2013) and Extraordinary Leadership (2015).

EDUCATION

Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State East Bay. Her degree focuses are Business Administration and Corporate Management. Amanda is a designated Certified Property Manager (CPM’), Real Property Administrator (RPA’) and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
