TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Bev Sheffler specializes in the leasing and sales of flex, office and industrial properties in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC metropolitan submarkets. Her landlord representation clients have included Calpers, State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, Prologis, JBG and Velsor Properties.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Bev joined Transwestern’s Northern Virginia office in November 1991 from GT Realty & Management Company, Inc. where she specialized in office and industrial landlord representation. Prior to GT Realty & Management Company, Inc., she worked with Lee Sammis Associates as a landlord representative responsible for the marketing and leasing of office/R&D space in Northern Virginia and Maryland.
 
During the past two decades, Bev has completed leasing and sales transactions with well-known and respected companies such as General Dynamics, VW of America, Advance Auto Stores, Oakwood Enterprises, Computer Sciences Corporation, Orbital Sciences, Xerox Corporation, Laboratory Corporation of America, Federal Express, Dyncorp, Home Depot, General Services Administration, Army Corps of Engineers, Williams & Connolly, United Parcel Service, NEC, and Mobil Oil Corporation.

EDUCATION

Bev received education from West Virginia Institute of Technology and West Virginia State University. She holds real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia and is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR). Bev is currently attending classes to obtain a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification.
