As the leader of Office Agency Leasing, Doug demonstrates excellence in formulating and executing strategic national initiatives. His expertise comes to the forefront as he serves institutional clients both nationally and in the Houston area, focusing on optimizing the marketing, management, and leasing facets of various office projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With an extensive 34-year tenure in the industry, Doug has cultivated a distinguished career marked by negotiations encompassing over 60 million square feet, translating into a substantial total transaction value surpassing $4 billion. His expertise extends across national and Greater Houston area commercial office buildings. Consistently recognized as one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitters” by the Houston Business Journal for the past 15 years, Doug's impactful journey includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director – Central Division at PM Realty Group before joining Transwestern. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of the Central Division’s expansive 50 million square foot portfolio.
 
Noteworthy leases in Doug's portfolio include significant agreements with industry leaders such as Mustang Engineering (411,806 square feet), Shell Oil (250,000 square feet), NRG Energy, Inc. (245,163 square feet), Conoco Phillips (207,009 square feet), Bracewell & Giuliani LLP (189,000 square feet), Alliance Wood Group (150,000 square feet), Forum Technologies (108,639 square feet), Arnold White & Durkee (100,000 square feet), TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company (97,295 square feet), British Petroleum (95,669 square feet), Cadence Bank (82,215 square feet), Det Norske Veritas (75,000 square feet), Haynes & Boone (70,237 square feet), and Ryan (66,750 square feet).
