TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Lupe specializes in providing clients with multifamily disposition services. He serves as Assistant Vice President with Transwestern's Houston Multifamily Advisors and is involved in all aspects of the team's activities including property tours, asset valuations, marketing campaign coordination/production, transaction management and market research.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Lupe has been active in commercial real estate for more than 11 years. He joined Transwestern's multifamily team in 2010 as a Senior Analyst. Prior to joining Transwestern, Lupe was a member of the CB Richard Ellis Houston Multi-housing team handling multifamily dispositions primarily in Houston and throughout Texas. In his five year tenure with CBRE, Lupe was part of over 215 closings producing more than $4.5 billion in apartment sales.

Lupe received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Houston Downtown.
