Steve Simon

Steve is responsible for originating and executing investment sales, mortgage finance and real estate investment banking services throughout the Central region.

Steve has more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience in the Southwest.  His expertise includes value-added management and disposition of commercial office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land assets in addition to commercial real estate financing and debt restructuring.  During his career, Steve has been involved in over $600 million of property investment sales, and financing transactions.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Steve served as associate of FultsOncor in Dallas, where he specialized in the sale of investment properties.  Steve also served as the head of the investment services division for the southern regional office of PM Realty Group.  Previously, Steve spent more than eight years with Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., in Dallas as a loan officer and asset manager responsible for commercial real estate loan production and restructuring as well as the management, leasing and disposition of OREO assets located throughout the Southwest.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
