TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jeri oversees the global lease administration team for Transwestern, helping corporate occupiers strategically manage their property portfolios and developing solutions to mitigate risk and reduce overall real estate costs.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jeri has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and understands the value that results from approaching lease administration as a strategic discipline, not simply an administrative function. She takes a holistic view of each client’s portfolio, uncovering ways lease administration and transaction management can work hand in hand to improve speed and accuracy of information, enhance controls and deliver savings.

Before joining Transwestern in 2014, Jeri served as senior vice president and national director at JLL, where she had direct responsibility for the Dallas hub office, which provided services to more than 85 clients with more than 7,500 leases worldwide. She also was a senior leader in the healthcare practice group, partnering to create training on Stark Law and Anti-kickback Statutes as well as system reporting to support compliance. Earlier, she served as a transaction manager for one of the firm’s largest clients, negotiating more than seven million square feet of office leases in a 19-state region.

Previously, Jeri worked as a tenant representative for both The Yeaman Companies and Terry Gwin & Associates in Dallas, and spent five years with Electronic Data Systems Corporation overseeing corporate real estate leases.
