TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Larry Jordan is Senior Vice President of the Central region’s Retail division.  He specializes in all aspects of commercial retail and land brokerage, including retail project leasing, tenant representation, site selection, and development and investment sales.  He also oversees the identification and acquisition of retail development sites, marketing and lease negotiations for big-box retail, and dispositions of raw land and improved properties.
 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 1997, Larry was President of his own retail brokerage firm, specializing in Tenant representation for Gap/Old Navy and Applebee’s Restaurants.  Larry has also represented such tenants as JC Penney, Shoe Carnival, Verizon, and Wachovia in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.  Previously, Larry was Vice President of Asset Management for AMERSCO, where he oversaw all aspects of management and leasing for 20 retail shopping centers located throughout the Southwest region, and was responsible for liquidating a retail portfolio in access of $300 Million.  Larry is a Certified Public Accountant and has been involved in all aspects of corporate financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and SEC filings.
 
Larry has been in the retail development and brokerage business in Texas and Alabama for over 20 years.
