Matt Spickard is a Senior Managing Director of agency leasing out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. He and his team are currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of many Class A office properties located throughout metro Atlanta:

The team has successfully filled a wide variety of office assets on behalf of their owner clients, including urban high-rise towers, suburban mid-rise buildings, low-rise business parks, and mixed-use developments. They pride themselves on going deep into relationships with clients and tenants to successfully meet each parties’ goals.
