TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A Principal in Transwestern’s Minneapolis office, Reed provides insight and leadership to the company’s brokerage staff and oversees its downtown office portfolio.  His client list includes The Travelers Companies Inc., PIMCO, Zeller, ASB Capital Management, Franklin Street, Heitman Financial Services, United Properties, Spear Street Capital, Shorenstein, DCI Technologies, Golub & Company, Sumitomo Corporation, The Ackerberg Group, Colonnade Properties, CBREI, The 614 Company and Ryan Companies.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Reed has focused on the downtown Minneapolis office market since 1991, where he has worked on transactions totaling over 18 million square feet. Throughout his 30-year career, he has managed landlord representation assignments, including the landmark IDS Center, Baker Center, Washington Square, Capella Tower, AT&T Tower, SPS Tower, Campbell Mithun Tower, Young-Quinlan Building, RSM Plaza, Fifth Street Towers, Canadian Pacific Plaza, Oracle Center, TCF Tower, Renaissance Square and the 701 Building. As a leading expert on the downtown Minneapolis office market, Reed has been involved in tenant representation assignments, office leasing, building renovations, and new office building development and sales.
