TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Executive Vice President Tom Hilley provides valuable advisory services to meet the commercial real estate needs of clients in the Washington, D.C., area and across the U.S. His more than 35 years of experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate consulting and transactional services for a prestigious list of institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Tom has successfully negotiated the entire spectrum of financial, business and operational issues. He is a principal stockholder at Transwestern and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since joining Transwestern in 1984, Tom has negotiated over 900 leases valued at more than $1 billion. Some of his clients have included Prudential, LaSalle Investment Management Inc, Gaedeke Group, USP Development, National Association of Home Builders and The Tower Companies.

EDUCATION

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wheeling Jesuit College. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
