TRANSWESTERN TO LEASE 121,210 SF OFFICE BUILDING IN ENERGY CORRIDOR
New leasing assignment for 121,000 SF Energy Corridor building

​Houston – Transwestern today announces it has been retained to provide leasing services for 11451 Katy Freeway, a 121,210-square-foot office building in Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket. Transwestern’s Senior Managing Director Doug Little and Vice President Louann Pereira are leasing the property.

“We are excited about the opportunity to market the available space, which features high-end finishes with custom millwork and glass accents,” said Pereira.

11451 Katy Freeway is a boutique office building that features a fully landscaped private courtyard with putting green, full-time concierge service, a delicatessen, and on-site security and property management.
