SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it brokered the sale of a four-building, 15,547-square-foot medical office campus at 708 Hill Country Drive in Kerrville, Texas. Transwestern’s Russell T. Noll and Kelly Ralston brokered the transaction on behalf of HCD Property Group Ltd.
"Kerrville continues to dominate the Hill Country medical region,” said Noll. “This sale speaks to the growth and strength of healthcare real estate, and investor demand for fundamentally sound opportunities."
Built in 2003, the campus is currently 100% occupied by Vision Source, Dr. Michael R. Borchers, W Gynecology and Allergy Partners. Located in the Kerrville Medical Center off Highways 16 and 27, one of the property’s most attractive amenities is its proximity to the Peterson Regional Medical Campus.
The buyer, a well-established family trust, was represented by Donald J. Kuyrkendall of Kuyrekendall & Company Inc.
